Many people find it difficult to take part in activities, it might be due to illness, physical or mental disability. We can help by being alongside you. We have been on walks, been shopping in the supermarkets, gone to busy outdoor Christmas markets, gone swimming, accompanied people to Church, helped with getting people to hospital appointments and even enjoyed taking a husband and wife to Skegness in a caravan for a week!

It is our aim to support our service user's so that this aim can be realised. The levels and types of support needed can vary significantly, so we carry out a full assessment with each new service user to devise a
At A.C.C.E.S.S 2016 Ltd we know how important it can be for people to be able to stay living in the comfort of their own home. It is our aim to support our service user's so that this aim can be realised. The levels and types of support needed can vary significantly, so we carry out a full assessment with each new service user to devise a bespoke personalised support plan. Our staff can help around the house in many ways, either on a regular or a one off basis.
Our At Home Care includes:
- Cleaning, washing, ironing, changing bedding and putting the bins out.
- We can help with making meals, drinks and with washing up afterwards.
- Our staff can help you to get up, washed and dressed and ready for the day ahead. Likewise we can come at the end of the day and help you to get into your nightwear and ready for bed.
- We can work with your pharmacy to make sure you don't run out of medication. We can help you to take the right dose of medication at the right time. All our staff have undergone specific training on administering medication.
