  Since caring for my brother for 2 years he has developed in confidence and strength. A.C.C.E.S.S 2016 Ltd understand his variable needs and adapt as required as he is epileptic. He is encouraged to socialise, which he did little of before and goes to the swimming baths once a week to promote his central core. The team are totally reliable which is important as my brother does not adapt to change well. They are considerate, polite, tidy and ensure all his needs are met. Nothing is too much trouble and their communication is second to non.  Really grateful to the exemplary care given.
